My mom is a Type II Diabetic. My brother, in his 40’s, is prone to the same sugar addiction, but is in complete denial about it. If your meals are comprised for prepared or packaged goods, then there’s sugar lurking that you don’t even know about. Stop looking at calories and fat content on nutrition labels.
