I thankfully do not suffer from migraines, but have exactly 4 people in my life who get them regularly enough to be life-disrupting. And they’re awful. In fact, my one family member who had tried everything, recently turned to Botox as an option. Yes folks, Botox for your brain. She said it helps a great deal! She also said Melatonin was helpful for getting better sleep. Since lack of sleep is often correlated with the onset of a migraine, the melatonin was helpful.
