Recipe That’ll Heal your Knees, Bones, and Joints at Home!

Joint pain can really paralyze your life, especially if it is in a major area like your back or knee. If you are one of the unlucky ones you know what I am talking about. Unfortunately, what doctors tell you to do is relax in bed and they give you a bunch of painkillers, and after a few days, you get better but fatter. By the way, painkillers play a big role in the “fatter” part, they make you eat more and burn less. But if you are like me you would just take them anyway, and believe me I understand!

I have a long time back injury and whenever I am in pain there are certain foods that I concentrate on taking. I have always used foods with high gelatine texture; like gelatine, okra and cow feet (Indian dish). I believe these foods do speed up your healing. But then surfing the internet I found this recipe. I have yet to try it but, thank god, I am in no pain at this time 🙂

According to the article below, take 2 daily tablespoons of this mixture, one tablespoon before breakfast and one tablespoon before lunch, and it will help your joints heal, even in cases of arthritis, joint degeneration or bones on bone diagnosis. To prepare this mixture you will need:

raisins: 3 tablespoons

unflavored gelatin: 2 tablespoons

pumpkin seeds: 40 grams

honey: 200 grams

sesame seeds: 4 tablespoons

flaxseed: 8 tablespoons

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a homogenous mixture. Put it in a container and use it daily. 1 tablespoon before breakfast and 1 tablespoon before lunch.
