Summer Safety Alert: Have You Heard of Dry Drowning?

This is the first time I hear about this, and it really scared me. My son is taking swimming lessons this summer and I have never thought that he would still be in danger of drowning even after he is done with the lesson. If your child inhales water into their lungs while swimming you should keep an eye on them for 24 hours, looking for symptoms like difficulty breathing and change in activity.
