Personally, although I did cut off my consumption quite a bit I still consider myself a coffee addict. If I don’t start my day with coffee, nothing goes at is supposed to for the rest of the day. Let alone the headaches, fatigue, and distraction that I feel until I am able to get my hands on that cup of coffee before it’s too late anyway.
