I often wake up with something hurting. Sometimes it’s my back, sometimes my shoulder, and sometimes my neck. So I am looking at the pictures in the link below, and I found out that I do all the things they have an (X) on. Meaning I am sleeping wrong, whatever that means.
Yesterday I tried sleeping on my back, first of all I had a hard time falling asleep, second of all I woke up sleeping the same way I sleep everyday. I don’t know whether this is something that you get used to after a while, but I am telling you, I am not going to try to do this. I may try to sleep on my side with pillows though and see what happens. Here is the link for you guys who have sleeping problems like I do.
