Epsom salt is made of magnesium and sulfur (magnesium sulfate is another name for it) making it a great help for sore muscles. But that’s not all what it is good for.
Epsom salt can be a great nourishment in your soil, giving you greener lawns, greater yield on tomatoes and peppers, sweeter fruits, and other benefits for roses, trees and leaves.
However, if you plan on using epsom salt, you may want to check your soil magnesium levels. If you have high magnesium already in your soil you would not need it.
