If you are like me, you would hate to visit a doctor unless it’s absolutely necessary. However, I don’t encourage you to wait a long time to go to the doctor. But I do post these posts for different reasons. For example, if you have a cold and you don’t prefer to start a course of antibiotics, you can similar effects by following natural remedies. Another example of when these remedies are useful is when you are far away from any help, and you need rest, this is something you can rely on to get better until you get help.
The reason I like this concoction is that it contains all the separate remedies I use when I get a cold. Apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, and ginger are some of the things I use to get better. They also added a few ingredients to the mix. Check the link below for the full recipe and doses.
