You know when you order onion rings at a restaurant thinking you are going to get a delicious crispy onion rings dish like the one you remember from somewhere else? But when you finally get the dish you were waiting for so anxiously, you discover that it is nothing like what you had in mind! The onions are separating from the coating, the taste is very juicy, the onions are so thick and that’s just not what you were expecting.
In my world onion rings are not supposed to be juicy, they should be crunchy, thin, crispy and delicious. You want to enjoy eating them like you are eating a bag of chips.
I am so happy that I found this post from someone who shares my vision of great onion rings. The link below will show you how to make them. Take a look.
