I haven’t been able to get enough sleep lately with the cold I have. For the last couple of nights, I would have a long stare at the Nyquil bottle I have sitting on top of my fridge before I remember how bad it felt the next day, and how I don’t want those chemicals in my blood if I don’t need to. Eventually, deciding to try to sleep without it. Unfortunately, I have not been successful at getting a good night sleep.
Tonight I am trying something different! I am going to have some tuna and then some chamomile tea with honey and see what will happen. Hopefully, I will be able to make up for the past couple of days. If you are having problems sleeping, take a look at the article in the link below, hope it helps!
