this artical should address diet and sleep to help treat symptoms. Vitamins Like D and fish oils make a huge difference. Also eating a clean diet. You don’t have to go on meds…yes every person/ body is different but diet is the FIRST thing you should look at. Yoga is great for fibro. It keeps thou flexible, helps reduce inflamation, and reduces stress.
But…. diet and exercise are so much harder than taking a pill. Feeling less than 100%? Medicate.
