This is a nice addition to your Halloween decorations this year. Needless to say, if you haven’t decorated yet it’s time to get started. This is a fairly easy project and you can do a bunch of them simultaneously. To do this project you will need some hollow plastic skull decoration one for each concrete skull, a drill with a thick drill bit, instant fire-resistant cement, a bowl, a paint stirrer, gloves, a funnel, pliers, and sandpaper.
