Heart problems can be a result of high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other diseases. Although stress and genetics play a big role in developing these diseases, diet can reduce their risks significantly. I believe that our health is a reflection of what we eat. One thing I realized, is that some people who try to introduce healthy food to their diet add them to their diet instead of replacing the unhealthy foods with the healthy ones. I think that this will only give partial results. But if we substitute the unhealthy food with healthy food (relevant to what we want to accomplish) the results would be much better.
