Credit: DavidWolfe.com

Essential oils are the concentrate of the herbs and plants that they are extracted from which makes them amplify the benefits of those plants. So while using cinnamon is beneficial to our health, using cinnamon oil has a greater effect in dealing with our problems than putting a little bit of cinnamon spice on our food or drinks. Some of these benefits are killing intestinal parasites, promoting weight loss, and controlling blood sugar it is also good for our hearts and blood vessels. However, the same way that essential oils amplify the benefits of their origin they also amplify the side effects. So if you have a condition like high blood pressure, for example, do your research before using cinnamon essential oil. To know more about cinnamon essential oil benefits please follow the link below:

Also you shouldn’t take EOs internally unless specifically directed by an aromatherapist who knows your situation and is good with chemistry. You risk sensitivity, liver and kidney damage, internal chemical burns on your esophagus…

It kill parasites? But it may also cause liver toxicity (hepatoxicity) in both bark and leaf form when ingested? Articles like this is why people fear the FDA getting involved in controling essential oils. No real research is done by people who post these articles. If they researched the article would never make it. I want to be a quack like David Wolfe and push harmful information to consumers for a profit too. Too much integrity to do such a thing.
