DIY Low-Cost Tiny Home made of AirCrete

Credit: Steve Areen

With so many eco-friendly solutions that are cheap and easy these days, it really bothers me that we can’t shift to using what saves our planet instead of what destroys it. Wood that is used in housing is a big contributor to deforestation. We posted before about plastic building bricks, and instead of people embracing it for how it cleans a lot of the planet’s plastic pollution and suggesting solutions to its probable faults, the comments were mostly criticizing it. This is another eco-friendly friendly solution made with a foamy mixture of cement and air bubbles. It has properties very similar to wood, and provides the same formability, except that it is fireproof, waterproof, and serves to insulate the building.

Watch the video below to learn more about this building material.

People have already ‘started considering the future of the planet’… it’s good to see people reducing pollution… we can and will continue to be better.
