Have you ever cleaned your walls before? (Be honest) If you haven’t, you’re not alone. My mom owned a motel throughout my childhood and, henceforth, developed some serious OCD cleaning tendencies. Her house, and that motel were always immaculate. Walls were cleaned every spring. And although I haven’t taken on her extreme tendencies for cleaning, I have moved enough times to know that NO one cleans that well, and that wall-washing was often an obvious necessity.
Anything that has a lot of layers to them, like paint, are very absorbent when it comes to both water and airborne bacteria. (have you ever seen the top seals of your shower? I bet ya there is mold there.) Like anything, there is an easy way and a hard way to clean your walls.
