Oh, allergies they can make us truly suffer. but I do have some good news today most of the people don’t know that a few simple natural remedies can offer a lot of allergy relief.
According to wikipedia: Allergies, also known as allergic diseases, are a number of conditions caused by hypersensitivity of the immune system to typically harmless substances in the environment. These diseases include hay fever, food allergies, atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma, and anaphylaxis. Symptoms may include red eyes, an itchy rash, sneezing, a runny nose, shortness of breath, or swelling.Food intolerances and food poisoning are separate conditions.
What causes allergies:
According to healthline.com, The most common allergens are pollens from wind-pollinated plants, such as trees, grasses, and weeds. The pollen from insect-pollinated plants are too heavy to remain airborne for long, and they’re less likely to trigger an allergic reaction
Fast facts on treating an allergic reaction:
Most minor allergy symptoms can be treated with antihistamines, corticosteroids, or decongestants.
Saline nasal rinses can be used for congestion-related allergy symptoms.
Corticosteroid creams can treat skin rashes related to allergies.
Immunotherapy is a long-term treatment option for chronic allergy symptoms.
Anaphylaxis is a medical emergency, and people should call 911 if they suspect someone is having an anaphylactic reaction.
Some Tips
Wear a Mask
When you cannot avoid certain allergies, such as when working in the yard or in a vacuum, it will prevent allergens from entering your respiratory tract. The N95 respirator, available in most pharmacies and medical supply stores, can block 95% of small particles, such as pollen and other allergens.
Eat Healthy
In one study, children who ate a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts (especially grapes, apples, oranges and tomatoes) had fewer allergies. Researchers are still trying to find a connection. However, there is no doubt that a healthy diet is good for your entire body. Add at least one fresh fruit and vegetable to each meal.
Drink More Water
If you feel stuffy or have a postnasal drip from your allergies, please drink plenty of water, juice or other non-alcoholic beverages. Excess fluid will make your nasal mucus thinner, thereby reducing your pressure. Warm liquids such as tea, broth or soup have an additional benefit: steam.
Remedies
Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar is an ancient medicine and is generally recommended for many health conditions. I have personally used it to relieve allergies (and relieve heartburn) with great success. In theory, its ability to reduce mucus production and clean the lymphatic system makes it useful for allergies. It is said to help digestion and reduce weight, so it is worth a try!
Local Honey: There is not enough scientific evidence to support this view, but there seems to be anecdotal evidence from many people who have tried it. In theory, eating local honey where you live will help your body adapt to allergens in the surrounding environment. This should work like a natural allergy “pill”, and there seems to be no downside.
Diet Changes: If all other methods are ineffective, sometimes dietary changes may be the answer to allergies. A large amount of healing bone broth and an elimination diet are a good starting point. Based on our experience, I would definitely encourage you to choose this method, especially for patients with severe allergies or intestinal repair/rebalancing.
