The trick is simple. You put the plastic bag full of vinegar, or any other acidic abrasive like lemon juice (for best results use apple cider vinegar) and what happens is that we bring the PH levels of the calcium buildup and stains down to a level where things like hot water and soap can lift them away. The Apple cider vinegar is what you would call a chemical neutralizer. Trust me this works great guys. Don’t take it from me, try it for yourself. You will be glad you did.
Pour a good amount of white vinegar into a plastic grocery bag, enough to fully submerge the shower head nozzle and tie the bag to the shower head and let it soak overnight. Remove it in the morning and run the water to rinse
