My all time favorite days are the ones where I can just sit outside and enjoy the nice weather with a home cooked meal and a cold one. Sadly, the days are ending where we can still grill outside without it being extremely cold. The weather is starting to become more and more fall-like and there really isn’t much we can do about it. Well, except wait for next season, but that’s just obvious. Instead of grilling during the winter, though, I’m thinking about building one of these cob ovens in my yard. The food it would make would be just as amazing as grilling in the sense that I don’t have to do much with it and I call that a win! It is very easy to make (just requires a bit of effort) and I finally have a use for some of the beer bottles filling up my recycling bin! And I’m definitely a fan of that!
