We are coffee snobs and Keurig is a machine of convenience, and we’d rather enjoy the ritual of making our coffee, and drinking it than just try to get it done. We have relaxed lifestyles and no reason to rush the process anyhow!
Beyond that, Keurig machines are incredibly wasteful. If you think about it every time you want to make yourself a cup of coffee, you have to first go out and spend $20, which is financially wasteful and then you have to use a plastic “K-cup” which is not even recyclable. This goes against every fiber of my being. After reading this article, I have even MORE reason to talk people out of using these things.
