Anyone else suffer from anxiety? My anxiety hit it’s peak when I was in high school. It was so bad that I missed a whole week of school because I literally couldn’t breathe. I ended up in my doctor’s office with them running test after test after test on me trying to figure out what was going on. In the end, I was diagnosed with anxiety and given a prescription to help with it. Let me tell you something, that prescription did NOTHING to help!
