There are many uses for herbs in this world. I use them for cooking, cleaning, and medicine. At one point in time, spices served a purpose far greater than seasoning your steak. As a matter of fact, it was common practice to use spices to heal you. Actually, I still use herbs today to keep me feeling at my very best. My absolute favorites are garlic and cinnamon. I swear, I could put those two with just about everything! I use garlic for cooking and cinnamon for baking. It’s really a win, win for me because everything I eat tastes good!
