Cold and flu season is the worst time of year for me. I feel like I always catch something (unless I’m pregnant) and then I’m just suffering through the sickness and the cold. Miserable is what I am and there’s no getting around that! While I’ve tried several things to try and prevent myself from getting sick, nothing has worked quite as well as just simply not getting sick. But as we all know, that is easier said than done. That’s why when people around me are starting to get sick, I simply make myself quite a bit of this tea! It helps me stay feeling at my best and my immune system enjoys the boost.

  1. 4 cups water
  2. 1 tablespoon echinacea root
  3. 1 tablespoon red root
  4. 1 tablespoon calendula flowers
