This bench would be perfect for the little nook I have in my mud room. I’m just picturing the kids sitting there to take their shoes off and put them on. And then I remember that kids never do what you really want them to do so chances of this bench actually being used for that are slim to none. If anything, this will probably turn into an excellent table for book bags and old paperwork that nobody wants to look at ever again. But hey! It sure is pretty and pretty easy to make!
