I’m surprised only learned of Neem Oil myself about 2 years ago. It’s been a staple in the natural health world for centuries but doesn’t get the same fanfare as tea tree oil does, though it functions in some very similar ways. It is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, like tea tree, but it also is very high in vitamin E and is a great skin emollient. I used it quite a bit on my daughter when she was an infant to heal diaper rash and other skin afflictions. Anytime I have a skin irritant, I dab it on and it not only feels better but heals more quickly. Beyond that, it can even be used in your garden as an insecticide! Here are some more uses for neem oil that go beyond health and beauty!
