I don’t don’t know if it is the type of food they eat or the way their body processes it but there are a few people who are immune to morning breath and I envy them. Even with a solid toothbrushing and mouth washing at bedtime I can still tell my mouth isn’t quite-so-fresh upon waking.
I used to use a tongue-scraper, similar to the one suggested in the article below. I do think that it helped tremendously, so I’ll be going back to that, in addition to a few of these other remedies!
