Call it a Lanai, a Florida Room or simply….a screened in porch! There’s something so cozy about this kind of set up. I imagine a rainy day on some nice patio furniture with a cup of coffee. If you live in a mosquito-dense area, screened in porches are a must. They can get expensive if you hire a contractor. If you’re a reasonably capable DIY-er, they are do-able.
