Over the last several years, we’ve turned into coffee snobs. Sort of. I’m actually not above drinking instant coffee in a pinch, but when I really want an experience, we go to a proper coffee shop and ask for a pour over. And although I”m not usually a fan of iced coffee, cold-brewing coffee is a different animal. It’s not simply making coffee, cooling it down and putting ice in it.
