Until now, I had never heard of using violets for anything other than sprucing up the garden, but it turns out they’re edible and medicinal! Violets are rich with vitamins A and C, and can be used to calm yourself or you can make violet vinegar to treat sunburns or make a tea and add honey to soothe a sore throat!
