If you just read the title without seeing the pictures you might think it wouldn’t look nice. But the rustic look that the pallets gave the kitchen is pretty amazing! Try to picture the same kitchen without the pallet countertop and backsplash, do you get what I mean?
I have done a similar project using epoxy. I must say, it’s very easy to work with and you can put anything under it. Plus it makes for a very hard, low maintenance surface. I used copper under the epoxy, but I have seen bottle caps, pennies, baseball cards and even photos used before. It makes for a great effect and the pallets they used in this project look great!
