Although none of these signs of suboptimal health shouldn’t come as a huge surprise to anyone, to see them all lined up one after another, reading them in your head, responding with, “Yeeesss…. Got that….Got that, too….THAT for SURE…”, well, then maybe this could be the wake-up call that you needed.
Things like anxiety and lack of sleep often go hand-in-hand, and are more than just unpleasant circumstances: They both have a direct impact on your physical health. I don’t know about snoring though, I mean a lot of people snore because they are out of shape or because they have a physical problem in their airways, I wouldn’t count it as a sign of something serious.
