Peanut butter and coconut compliment each other superbly. As long as you aren’t one of those people that hate coconut (Let’s face it…you either love it or you hate it). These really sound delicious and are made with all vegan ingredients but they can easily be replaced with the obvious substitutions. It also seems fairly easy to make. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup oats
1/4 cup cashews
1 cup dates
2 Tbsp. vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
