Every night I lay down for sleep, my previously clear breathing passages suddenly feel as though they are stuffed with cotton. Blowing helps only minimally. My sinuses just seem to swell. I’ve done the lymphatic drainage technique from one of our previous posts and have had success, but it’s quite a lengthy process to do while lying in bed.
Tonight, I will try these more brief, and hopefully effective, acupressure techniques to relieve sinus congestion. I hope they help you too!
