We post a lot about the benefits of having chickens on the homestead and the many creative ways to care for them. But this is the first time we might try to talk you out of it. Sort of. Really, I needed to read this for myself because I thought we might want to get some chickens in our new abode, but after reading Elaine’s account below, I really don’t think I’m up for the task yet.
