Although I am not usually a fan of using beer for purposes other than drinking, I must say this sounds pretty delicious. Just be sure to plan ahead, you have to let this marinate for several hours at least. Enjoy!
Ingredients
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Marinade: Stir the beer, brown sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, and teriyaki marinade together in a bowl.
Rub the chicken legs with the vegetable oil. You can poke several holes in the flesh of the chicken legs with a fork. Then, pour the marinade over the chicken legs; let it sit in fridge for an hour.
While the chicken gets marinated, preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in a different plate for 5 minutes.
Grill the chicken legs on the preheated grill until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, turning one-quarter turn every 5 minutes, 20 to 25 minutes total.
