Coffee is probably the most universally accepted and widely consumed drug. And make no mistake, it IS a drug. There are a lot of physiological changes that take place after caffeine is consumed. And no, this is not necessarily a bad thing, but you should indeed be aware of exactly what is happening and on the timeline on which it happens. I’m a one or two cupper, myself. After that, the idea of drinking any more is REALLY unappealing.
