So I’m guilty of believing a handful of these until now, like the persistent categorization of the analytical right brain and creative left brain. Apparently, that’s completely overgeneralizing. You may be hanging on to some of these myths that are completely baseless, too.
1) Myth: Listening to Mozart makes you smarter
2) Myth: The right brain is creative. The left brain is logical.
3) Myth: You only use 10 percent of your brain
4) Myth: Adults can’t make new brain cells
5) Myth: Your memories are accurate
