I have been hearing about this magical concoction since Dr. Oz started speaking about its wonders a while ago. I have tried it, but to be honest, not long enough. Also, I was not really watching my food, drinking the mix by itself is not enough to make you lose weight, it might help you if your body stops losing weight even though you are doing your part by exercising and watching your food.

Ingredients:
lemons 3– cut parsley 1 cup– 5 steams celery– water 6 cups
Instructions: Put the lemon juice, parsley in blender and celery and mix, then add water and mix again. Take 2 glasses, 3 times a day on empty stomach. Repeat the procedure for 2 days. Take a break for 7-10 days and then repeat the treatment.
