Raise your hand if you’ve ever tried home brewing. My hand is raised. I’ve done wine and my husband has done beer. Both of us made one attempt and quit after that. It’s a LOT of work, and the work you have to do is not very fun. I’m speaking specifically about the sanitizing part. You have to be so diligent and if you mess that part up, you mess up your whole batch with contamination.
This $400-ish device purportedly takes that annoying step out of the process by providing a UV light that does the sanitizing. It also connects to your phone via the app so you can get updates on the progress of your fermentation. I haven’t found any reviews of the product since it’s release, but it sounds like they thought of everything. Check out the details:
