We looked at a house yesterday that was missing baseboards in almost every room. We thought about the work that it would involve to replace them all and thought, the whole house is not worth it! (Word to the wise: don’t try to sell your house if it’s a mess). It got me thinking however, about how exactly we would do this kind of work if we had to. Without a miter saw, you won’t get far!
