For a little while I was between jobs, at the time I knew I was going to have to move but I didn’t know where to. So I sold all my furniture, stop the internet service and only had my phone unlimited data plan for internet. Things didn’t go smoothly and I had to stay for one more month in my empty apartment. I wanted to save my hotspot plan, which was not unlimited, for things I can only do on my laptop. So if I wanted to watch netflix, it would have to be on my small phone screen.
I just told you this boring story of mine to tell you why I appreciate this DIY so much. Had I known about this at the time I would probably liked watching “House of Cards”, like everybody else, and not stopped at season 2.
I doubt that this unique situation is gonna happen to any of you guys, but still, this might be a nice idea for an outdoor movie night. You can use your smartphone or tablet, but a laptop works best. It is simple to do, and it’s worth a try for only $5! You can bring it anywhere you can find a flat surface that is large enough.
I wonder if you can get a better contrast if you bring the projector closer to the screen though. Let us know what you think on our facebook page!
