So I guess we don’t have to sacrifice luxury when trying to remain off the grid, but my question is, how off the grid are you when you have internet? Maybe you can make it through the complex language that they use in the link below. I personally had to Google a lot of it just so I could understand what the article was even about.

But I assume once you have the jargon down, you’re half way there. Go ahead and check out the link for yourself and see if you can get this done. If you’re the type of prepper that doesn’t want to be found, I don’t know if I’d trust this “off the grid” internet. I think there is something in this post where they teach you how to scramble your signal though. This homesteader definitely did his homework and although most of this is over my head, it’s worth a read if you plan to homestead off grid and still need to remain connected to the interwebs:
