After 17 hours of travelling by car, plane, and bus, followed by walking nearly 5 miles of city walking, I could use a tub of this! I never would have even thought that you can make your own warming muscle rub.
And best of all this salve is not all that hard to make, you may already have most or even all of these ingredients already. You will need:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon beeswax
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 20 drops peppermint essential oil
- 20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
- 20 drops clove oil
Even if you’re not in need of it now, it might be a good idea to whip up a batch to have when you do need it.
