Ok, this concrete tile process is NOT AT ALL what I thought it was. I thought you poured concrete on the surface and sort of shimmied your stamp into it to create the desired look. But, they are in fact making concrete tiles independently, and then laying them. Like tiles. You get it. Here’s an overview video and then the tutorial in the link below:
