This pyramid or vertical garden is a great way to grow herbs or small plant when you don’t have enough space to grow horizontally. They are cheap to make especially when you have the skills and the material handy. Plan what you want to plant in each row in terms of growth, need of access, production times, and then plan what you want to plant in the columns in terms of sunlight needed. You can find an infographic of the sunlight needed for different plants in this post. You don’t want the longer growing plants blocking the sunlight from the shorter ones, also if there is a plant that you use a lot (Cilantro and peppermint in my case) you would want them in the higher levels so that the accessibility is more convenient.
