Drying herbs seems such a simple thing. But there are ways to do it wrong. I’ve never given it a try simply because I’ve never grown a lush enough herb to warrant the harvest needed to dry them out! But that will be my next endeavor. If you read our basil post yet, it was an enlightening moment for me and I’m hoping for more successful herb gardening in the near future!
