I’m only in my late 30’s and I don’t recall a single child in any of my classes in the 3 schools I attended from 1st through 8th grade ever having a food allergy. So what’s changed in the last 3 decades? Certainly our food supply and how it is grown has changed tremendously, going back even farther than 30 years. Perhaps the genetic modification of foods that were once pure is not sitting well with the human constitution? Any other theories? Here are a few others:
