Okra might not be one of the most favorite vegetables for some people. Especially for people who have a sensitive stomach, being not so easy to digest. But okra has rich content of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc, which makes okra a great food for our health.
