One of the biggest frustrations with renting a home is that it isn’t exactly your style and there’s nothing you can do about it. Very rarely do landlords let you change or alter the residence, so if they do, then it’s a good day! This is an instance where the tenants were allowed to change the kitchen to their liking. How I wish I could do that with the kitchen I have now!

When the tenants went to change their kitchen, all they did was add a little paint, glaze, and a nice cornice above the sink. I think it turned out absolutely beautiful! The best part is, they only spent $17 getting what felt like a brand new kitchen! Not half bad if you ask me!
