Elderberry totally saved me earlier this season by significantly shortening and reducing the severity of a cold I had brewing. I am a big believer in this stuff! How to Make Elderberry Mead
For those of you who don’t know, mead is type of wine made with honey instead of sugar. Acutally, when it’s made with fruit is technically called a melomel, but to keep things simple I’m just going to refer to it as mead.
